the free breakfast was delivered directly to my room each day. fresh ground coffee was also delivered daily for in-room preparation.
my room was close to the elevator, and the noise was noticeable at times.

kind staff smooth arrival great location
yasin from valet was super kind and helpful! he helped me with my bag immediately and my arrival was smooth! the hotel's location is also awesome! it is right in the heart of las olas.
the bedside lamps had some issues, i told the front desk upon checkout.

i had a junior suite with a king bed, and it was really spacious! the room included a mini-fridge, perfect for keeping drinks cold, and the bed was super comfortable.

i checked in early and staff were helpful. i used the restaurants located at the hotel. the central location was convenient. i found the service amazing, really good.
the king bed in my room was a bit hard. i didn't find this the best. everything else was fine though.

excessive parking fee stained hallway carpets
The hotel charged for parking , and the price seemed excessive. My room also overlooked an alley , and the view was not very appealing. The noise from nearby businesses was noticeable at times , and it disrupted my peace. The hallway carpets were stained and looked old , giving a poor first impression. I would have appreciated a quieter room with a better view.

the pool was beautiful. it had many lounge chairs and also a shaded section. breakfast at the hotel was great and the service was quick.

worn-out room nonexistent counter
The room i was given was nothing special. i mean, for what they charge, i expect better than a worn-out room. the bathroom was especially annoying. Counter space was nonexistent. there's nothing more frustrating than trying to get ready with nowhere to put your stuff. and the noise at night? ugh. i heard everything going on outside. i didn't sleep very well.

Fantastic Find on the Waterway!
prime location easy access great staff
The location was perfect, right on the Riverwalk, offering easy access to lovely strolls. I found so many great restaurants and bars within a short walk. The staff were really good too ensure everything met my needs. The hotel's decoration really impressed me. It added a special charm to my stay!
The hotel offered water bottles in the room with a high price.

I noticed the hotel had some excellent on-site dining options. The Boathouse restaurant provided a delicious dining experience with many choices available. It was convenient to have quality food right at the hotel.
